First Thursday Parking!
Remember we’re open until midnight this First Thursday! Wondering where to park? Here’s information on the most convenient place to park during your visit:
Russell Investment Center Parking Garage (formerly Chase…formerly WaMu)
- Entrance is below the SAM building on Union Street between First and Second Avenues.
- Receive a 25% discount on parking weekdays between 6 am and 5 pm. Take your parking ticket to the SAM Ticketing Desk during regular business hours to receive the discount stamp. The 25% discount is not available without the discount stamp.
- Evenings After 5pm & Weekends – The garage offers a flat rate of $7 for parking after 5pm on weekdays and all-day on weekends.
- Garage is open until 12:30p

Pike Plaza Parking (old Newmark Building) – Open until 7p
On the north side of Union Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenue
AMPCO Parking – Open until Midnight
2nd Avenue and Union Street (Next to Triple Door)
